Shrimp ceviche
the ceviche is a combination of shrimp with diferent sauces, this recipe is very easy and is typical of the Colombian coast.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds of shrimp
- 4 white onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of garlic sauce
- 2 cups lemon juice
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cups milk cream
- Hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation
First Clean good the shrimp, then put the shrimp in hot water until they
become red (not cook).
After put the shrimp in the lemon juice for fifteen minutes, then add
the white onion finely chopped, wait a few minutes, finally add the tomato
sauce, the garlic sauce, the milk cream, the hot pepper sauce and the olive oil
and stir all.
Anecdote
This recipe is a
favorite of my family, some Sundays in the afternoon my father bought the
ingredients to prepare this recipe and we invited all my family (more or less fifteen people),
also my father prepared all the ceviches and enjoyed of this delicious recipe
as a family.
