MEAT ROLL
Meat roll is a excelent, elegant and easy recipe for a delicious dish, you can use this preparation for lunch or dinner.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound of beef
- 1 /2 pound of ham
- 1/2 pound of mozarella cheese in slices
- 5 eggs
- 1 pack of chop bread
- 1/2 onion head
- 1/2 paprika
- 1 small garlic head
- Salt
I recomended that you put the meat the last night with the condiments, because so the meat get the best flavor, but if you can not to spice the meat, you can preparate the recipe in the moment.
First you should grind the meat. If you do not spice the meat the last night you should spice the meat in this moment, you grind the meat with the spices (liquefy the garlic, paprika and onion and mix with the meat before of grind it), add salt to tastes. Then you should knead the meat whit 2 eggs and 10 slices of bread, you add 100 cc of water for to knead better.
When you have the uniforme mass you make a slice long of meat and you put inside the oher ingredients: Ham and mozarella chees and the eggs cooked and cut in slices.
Then you envolve the meat roll in teenfoil and cook it in the pressure cooker for 20 minuts, and you can cut the meat roll in slices.
Now you can enjoy this dish with rice or potate and salad.
Anecdote:
When I was a child mi granmother made this dish, for the familiary partys, one day a dog ate the meat and we ate rice with salad.
