Ingredients:
·        5 Eggs.
·         5 Cups of wáter.
·         1 Cup of milk.
·         4 Branches of coriander.
·         2 Stems of onion.
·         Salt.
·         Pepper.

Description:
The Changua is a broth from Andean región, precisely of cities as Bogota and Boyaca. Traditionally is for breakfast and can be accompanied with toast or bread.


Preparation:
Finely chop the coriander and the onios. In a pot heat the milk with the water, add the salt and onions in the same pot. Then wait ten minutes and add raw eggs without break the yolks of eggs and cook until the yolk harden. Put in the buttom of every dish one spoon of onions and coriander. Carefully remove the eggs of the pot and put each egg in the dishes. Finally add the broth on dishes and enjoy with bread slices


Anecdote:
When I tried cooking this dish, was a complete success. Because was the first time that I cooked. My family did not believe that I cooked but finally. My family and I enjoy the delicious breakfast cooked for me.
