ARROZ CON LECHE
The arroz con leche or milk pudding is a sweet rice delicious, this dish is used as dessert and can also be eaten as a snack.
INGREDIENTS
- A pound of rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 liter of milk
- 250 ml of condensed milk
PREPARATION
Cook rice with
water for 20 minutes until rice is tender and water evaporates, then add the milk with
the condensed milk and mix, for 15 minutes, if you want you can add raisins,
cinnamon or cheese.
ANECDOTE
When I was
at school, I and a couple of friends got together on Sundays to watch movies,
and we preferred my mom's us rice with milk and not popcorn. We had a good
time.
