Ajiaco



This is a traditional dish of bogota, is like a chiken soup but is BETTER! 

Ingredients

for prepare a ajiaco you need:

-3 Breas of chiken cut in the midle
-3 or 4 cubes of chiken stok
-½ pound of "sabanera" potato
-1 pot of sweet corn (better)
-2 punds ok normal potato
-coriander and "guasca" if you like.
-10 cups of water


Preparation

it´s the hard part, you need a help to prepare the delicious jiaco ... PAY ATTENTION ! 
you need cook the eater with the chiken while the other person cut the potatos in a medium bloks, 30 minutes before you can mix the potatos with the water, and inmediatly mix the corn, sweet con is more easy than a other corn... when the ajiaco is ready, IF YOU LIKE, you can mix with milk cream, capers and " guasca " is optional ... before, you´re ready to eat a best dish in colombia ! 


anecdote:
the ajiaco is my favorite soup because my grandmother make the best ajiaco in the world, time behind I WAS HATE THE SOUP, but the ajiaco changemy life, my unhealthy life ! today I love the ajiaco and i try to prepare that but I CAN´T ...so try in your home is great !!
