Rice with chicken

Description:

This dish is tipic in colombia is used for special days and for any ocation, is delicious and cheap.




1 pound of rice
1 pound of chicken
100 grams of pea
100 grams carrot
1 onion
100 grams ketchup
1 spoonful of salt
4 spoonfuls of oil
100 grams of corn

Preparation

I cook the rice, also I cook the chicken breasts, also I fry onions, paprika and garlic with two spoonfuls of oil, also I cook the pea and carrot all other. Them I mix all the ingredients with the ketchup, and ready to eat.

Anecdote

One day my friend Paolo came to Colombia for vacations, I cooked rice with chicken for him, he ate this dish but he wasn´t happy, because in Italy people eat others dishes most delicious.
